Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
